Nouman Ali Khan
Founder and CEO
Nouman Ali Khan is the founder and CEO of Bayyinah and serves as a lead instructor for several programs including Dream, traveling seminars and Bayyinah TV. His serious Arabic training began in the U.S. in 1999 under Dr. Abdus-Samie, founder and former principal of Quran College in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
Nouman served as a professor of Arabic at Nassau Community College until 2006 when he decided to take Bayyinah on as a full-time project. Since then he has taught more than 10,000 students through traveling seminars and programs. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas and is focusing on teaching his students, developing Arabic curricula and filming material for Bayyinah TV.
Abdul Nasir Jangda
Abdul Nasir Jangda was born and raised in the Dallas area. He graduated from Jamia Binora’s Alim program in Karachi, Pakistan and holds an M.A. in Arabic from Karachi University as well as a Master’s of Islamic Studies degree from the University of Sindh.
Abdul Nasir currently serves as an instructor for Bayyinah, is a founding member of Mansfield Islamic Center in Arlington and serves as a director for Qalam Institute. His current projects include Bayyinah’s Qur’an Intensive, Qalam’s one-year Seminary Program, and his extensive online Seerah course.
Instructor & Lead TA, Dream Program
Ustadh Adam Jamal was born and raised in Houston. He began his study of Islam at the age of 16 in Darul Uloom where he was top of his class. Later he moved on and completed his BA and ijazaat in Shariah at IESH, an Institution for the study of Arabic and Islam in France. Later he also studied privately with teachers in Egypt, especially in the mosque of Al-Azhar. After completing his studies he went on to teach children at a private Islamic school on a tropical island in the Carribean and later worked as an imam in the UK. Currently he teaches at Bayyinah’s Dream program and is completing his Master’s in Education.
Special Sessions Instructor
Monzer Taleb is an Imam, Qari, Khateeb and lecturer who has been in the DFW area for the past 30 years. He studied under his father Dr. Mostafa Taleb, who was a graduate of Al-Azhar University.
Taleb conducts many seminars in leadership, family and youth topics. He has also conducted a series about the Prophet Muhammad’s Seerah and the four Khulafa Ar-Rashideen. He is currently a board member for the Islamic Association of North Texas and teaches during the Bayyinah Dream program.
Part-Time Program Instructor
Sister Fuseina was born in Seattle and raised in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. She returned to the United States to complete higher education and she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Iowa and a Master’s in Information Systems from Illinois State University.
She has always had a deep interest in understanding the Qur’an and took the opportunity to enroll in Bayyinah’s Dream Program. She graduated among the top students of Dream 2012 and his continuing higher Arabic studies while teaching the part-time women’s morning Arabic program.
Part-Time Program Instructor
Wasif Khan was born in Doha, Qatar and moved to the United States at the tender age of two. Being the youngest of four siblings, he was always motivated to excel in his studies. His keen interest in the Book of Allah led him to begin memorizing the Qur’an at a very young age. In 2010, Wasif enrolled in Bayyinah’s Dream Program where he was among the top graduates of its first year. He then obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and went on to work as a marketing professional for a Fortune 500 company. While working full-time, Wasif taught a 1-year Quranic Arabic Program for Islamic Learning Foundation in Chicago.
Wasif currently resides in Dallas, Texas where he is enrolled in Qalam Institute’s 1-year Islamic Studies Program and teaches Bayyinah’s part-time evening Arabic Program.
Bayyinah TV Production Manager
Mostafa Taleb was born in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from L.V. Berkner High School in 2008. He continued his studies at Richland Community College for two years and then transferred to the University of North Texas. In Fall of 2012, he graduated with a BA in Political Science from the College of Arts and Sciences.
Mostafa has always possessed a huge passion for video production. In 2009, he and his brother started a small company, Waves Productions, to gain experience in the video field. Mostafa has also studied motion graphics and animation. Currently Mostafa resides in Irving, Texas and works full-time at Bayyinah Institute as the Production Manager of Bayyinah TV.
